Since CSER is a term-based program, there are important deadlines for each term that students should know.
Registration Opens: December 26, 2022
Add/Drop Deadline: March 6, 2023
Student Evaluation Deadline: May 5, 2023
Term Dates: January 16, 2023 – May 12, 2023 (Hours served between these dates are eligible for Spring 2023 CSER credit).
Registration Opens: April 24, 2023
Add/Drop Deadline: July 3, 2023
Student Evaluation Deadline: August 11, 2023
Term Dates: May 15 – August 18, 2023 (Hours served between these dates are eligible for Summer 2023 CSER credit).

Term Dates: August 21 – December 15, 2023 (Hours served between these dates are eligible for Fall 2023 CSER credit).

Add/Drop Deadline: January 1 – Per CSER policy, the first Monday in January. Due to the holiday, we will provide one day of grace for late fees.
