CSER Now Advertisement

The CSER Now page is for local and remote organizations looking for student help right now. Organizations that are interested in advertising on the CSER Now page must read through the policy and procedures and submit the form below.

Approved CSER Partners:

1. Review the Supervisor Handbook and understand the expectations for a partnering organization.
2. Understand that any student that the organization approves for service must be provided a minimum of 20 hours for the given term (view CSER dates and deadlines).
3. Understand that the organization must be within 50 miles of Liberty University to advertise on the CSER Now page, except for remote service opportunities.
4. Fill out and submit the form below.
5. Before the advertisement is posted, you must create a service opportunity in the CSER application for the given term.
6. Once the advertisement is live on the website, it will remain there until the end of the term (or if the organization requests the advertisement be removed). If the organization wishes to advertise for the next term, they will need to resubmit the advertisement form.

Organizations or Supervisors That Are NOT Approved CSER Partners:

1. Review the Supervisor Handbook and understand the expectations for a partnering organization.

3. Understand that the organization must be within 50 miles of Liberty University to advertise on the CSER Now page, except for remote service opportunities.
4. Fill out and submit the form below.
5. The vetting team will review the organization and will reach out if they have any questions during the approval process.
6. If the organization is approved, you will receive a Microsoft invitation email to sign the supervisor contract and verify the organization’s information.
7. A CSER Now Advertisement will not be posted until the organization representative has signed the supervisor contract.
8. Before the advertisement is posted, you must create a service opportunity in the CSER application for the given term.
9. Once the advertisement is live on the website, it will remain there until the end of the term (or if the organization requests the advertisement be removed). If the organization wishes to advertise for the next term, they will need to resubmit the advertisement form.

By submitting the form below, you agree to the policy and procedures listed above. All advertisement forms must be submitted by the Friday before the add/drop deadline of the given term.  Review CSER deadline dates by term.
