Residential Minor in Strength and Conditioning
Discover how you can help athletes enhance their performance through the Strength & Conditioning Minor at Liberty University. Here, you can learn the essential skills to become a successful strength and conditioning coach.
This minor includes targeted coursework covering topics such as:
- Sports nutrition
- Speed and agility
- Advanced resistance training
- Program design
Get hands-on learning in our on-campus facilities as you practice speed and agility drills and resistance training methods.
Through our practicum experience, you’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in a professional setting and learn from a certified strength and conditioning specialist working with teams on and off campus.
Study with professors who have practical experience and hold multiple industry-standard certifications.
This minor is open to students in any major. Course prerequisites apply.
