Discover how you can address community-based nutrition needs with a minor in Public Health – Nutrition from Liberty University.
This minor focuses on nutritional interventions for global disparities in basic health. You will be exposed to a wide gamut of public health nutrition classes that cover topics such as general nutrition, food preparation, life cycle nutrition, community nutrition, and preventative nutrition. A kitchen is available for food preparation cooking labs.
