Residential Human Performance – Clinical Program
Prepare for your professional career with an M.S. in Human Performance – Clinical from Liberty University. Gain the skills and experience you will need for future education and training in physical, chiropractic, or occupational therapy. Learn how to work with clients dealing with chronic health conditions, and practice designing exercise programs and conducting exercise tests for individuals.
Study under experienced program faculty who have doctorate degrees in their fields, and who are grounded in their Christian worldview. Choose between completing a 250-hour internship or writing a thesis to gain field or research experience in your area of interest.
Residential students have access to the Human Performance Laboratory and the Human Motional Analysis Laboratory, as well as the Functional Movement Laboratories. All of the equipment in these labs is available to Human Performance students, including:
- Velotron and Monark Cycle Ergometers
- CAT Altitude Chamber
- Vicon 3-D imaging system with 10 high-speed cameras
- True One 2400 Metabolic Measurement systems
- Biodex SD Balance Systems,
- Hologic DEXA
