Study human anatomy and physiology, microbiology, personal health, and probability and statistics, as you lay the groundwork for further studies. After completing the Public Health major, you will be qualified to take the national Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) examination for certification.
The B.S. in Public Health – Health Promotion is offered through the Department of Public & Community Health in the School of Health Sciences.
The Department of Public & Community Health degree programs are accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). This is in addition to other program-specific accreditation and Liberty University’s regional accreditation.
