General Information for the Clinical Pastoral Education II – Graduate Certificate

Both of our 16 week courses are online synchronous via Microsoft Teams. 

The Level II Clinical Pastoral Education graduate certificate is available to graduate students who meet the academic requirements below. 

Hands-On Experience

With this certificate, you will be required to find a clinical site where you can complete 300 hours of clinical experience per CPE unit. You will complete 600 clinical experience hours for this certificate. 

Seminary Professors and Facilities 

All of our CPE Professors are both Certified Educators and Board-Certified Chaplains. Each of our Educators actively serves in chaplaincy across a variety of ministry contexts, including military and healthcare settings.
