Dr. Kyendal Eaton, DSW, LMSW, brings more than a decade of professional experience across education, social services, and behavioral health. She earned her Doctor of Social Work from Capella University, Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida.
Her diverse professional background spans public education, nonprofit management, medical social work, community mental health, behavioral health, substance use services, youth services, and clinical mental health practice. Her clinical experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with particular expertise in grief, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
As an educator and field instructor, Dr. Eaton is passionate about bridging academic learning with real-world social work practice. She is committed to mentoring and preparing future social workers to develop strong professional identities, think critically, practice ethically, and serve individuals, families, and communities with competence and compassion.
Outside of her professional and academic roles, Dr. Eaton enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and creating meaningful experiences with those she loves.
