Our department issues the University’s official identification card, the Flames Pass, and provides other services for students, faculty, and staff.
Important Announcements
- Holiday Hours: ID & Campus Services will be closed on Monday, September 1st, for the Labor Day holiday.

- Fall 2025 Residential Meal Plans:
- After completing Financial Check-in to purchase a meal plan, please allow 4-8 hours for meal swipes to load to your Flames Pass. Flames Cash and Dining Dollars from Freedom/Freedom PLUS plan purchases will load within 24 business hours.

- Need to upgrade your meal plan? Complete the Meal Plan Adjustment form.
- In order to upgrade a meal plan, you will need to make a one-time payment and/or have a credit on your student account that is equal to the cost of the upgrade.
