Mission

The Dean of Students Office, comprised of Student Counseling Services, Community Life, Title IX, Commuter Student Life, Online Student Life, and Graduate Student Life, exists to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of each student in a way that promotes holistic student development and individual maturity.


Our Offices

Community Life

  • Engages students to actively experience a holistic community through abiding by the code of conduct, The Liberty Way, participating in restorative practices, and utilizing conflict resolution.

Commuter Student Life

  • Committed to connecting Liberty students to programs and services that enhance spiritual, academic, and social development as a Christian, preparing students to positively impact the world. 

Graduate Student Life

  • Works to engage, connect, and serve graduate students of Liberty University using Social Media, current technology, and campus resources. 

Online Student Life

  • Provides comparable resources for online students, including social media, polls, surveys, an online media wall, video resources, campus resources Blackboard, and new technologies.

Student Counseling Services

  • Short-term individual counseling
  • Group counseling
  • Referrals for our students to a community provider or our on-campus office
  • In-office psychological evaluations
  • On-call mental health crisis services

The Title IX Office encourages students to #SpeakUp regarding:

  • Sexual Assault
  • Sexual Harassment
  • Dating Violence
  • Domestic Violence
  • Stalking
  • Gender-based discrimination


Vote

  • The Dean of Students Office oversees voter registration and all federal, state, and local elections. Have you registered to vote?
