Our department issues the University’s official identification card, the Flames Pass, and provides other services for students, faculty, and staff.

New Residential Students: Need help adding your mobile Flames Pass to your device? Check out our video tutorials here.
Fall 2025 Residential Meal Plans:
- New on-campus students: Access to Reber-Thomas Dining Center begins on Wednesday, August 13th, at 12pm.
- All semester meal plans and any associated guest swipes, Flames Cash, and Dining Dollars will become active on Friday, August 15th, at 7:00 AM.

Fall 2025 Move-In Hours:
- Monday, August 11 – Tuesday, August 12: 8am-5pm
- Wednesday, August 13 – Friday, August 15: 8am-6pm
- Saturday, August 16: 12pm-4pm
- Sunday, August 17: 2pm-6pm
