Building TRUST in the Workplace
The Environment Principle
It’s a word we use frequently, and we say it’s important in our relationships and within our teams. We understand that it is vital for our people to trust us, and we need to be able to trust them. But what is it really? Why is it important? How do we build it? And how do we restore it when it is broken? In this module, we will start by building a Biblical foundation for the concept of trust and then seek to answer these questions while empowering you with a framework for building it.
