Champion Leadership Training
The Champion Leadership Training is part of Liberty University’s Leadership Academy and is designed for employees who currently supervise one or more staff members. In alignment with Liberty University’s commitment to Training Champions for Christ, this training equips supervisors with the biblical foundation, leadership mindset, and practical skills needed to lead teams effectively and thrive in their roles.
Grounded in the LEADERS Framework—Lordship, Environment, Accountability, Development, Execution, Results, and Shepherd —Champion Leadership Training emphasizes real-world application and intentional leadership development.
