Champion Culture is part of Liberty University’s Leadership Academy and is designed for all faculty and staff, regardless of role or title. These interactive workshops strengthen workplace dynamics and reinforce Liberty’s biblical culture expectations.

Each Champion Culture session is a standalone learning experience that addresses real-world workplace challenges and equips employees with practical strategies to foster a Christ-centered environment where collaboration, respect, and professionalism thrive.

In the Respect and Appreciation conversation, participants will consider biblically why we ought to respect and appreciate those within our sphere, consider the differences and connection of those two concepts and be equipped with a robust and practical framework by which to show appreciation toward others. Handling Difficult Conversations with Confidence and Care

In any relationship, situations can arise that lead to tension, miscommunication, personality differences, and conflicting perspectives – making difficult conversations unavoidable. While most people don’t look forward to these conversations, they are an essential part of building healthy, effective relationships.
