Human Resources has created this webpage to provide supervisors with easy access to Employee Performance Evaluations and tips for conducting successful employee evaluations. Since employees are any organization’s greatest assets, one of the most important things a supervisor can do is to maintain productivity by managing performance. Many decisions in employees’ careers are based, at least in part, on how a supervisor evaluates employees’ performance. It is important that supervisors clearly state employee expectations and document any shortfalls to avoid employee accusations of unfair or illegal evaluation criteria.
Here you will find links to PDF forms with instructions for completing each, and guidelines for conducting employee evaluations. You will need a printed copy of the Employee Evaluation and the Performance Agreement and Instructions for each person you are evaluating.
