Residential Human Performance – Strength Training and Conditioning Program
Enhance your career with an M.S. in Human Performance – Strength Training and Conditioning degree from Liberty University. Learn about the physiological and biomechanical aspects involved in strength training and conditioning. Also, gain hands-on experience designing exercise programs for athletes.

With this degree, you can either complete an internship or a thesis (see program of study below). Residential students have access to the Human Performance Laboratory and the Human Motional Analysis Laboratory, as well as the Functional Movement Laboratories. All of the equipment in these labs is available to Human Performance students, including:
- Velotron and Monark Cycle Ergometers
- CAT Altitude Chamber
- Vicon 3-D imaging system with 10 high speed cameras
- True One 2400 Metabolic Measurement systems
- Biodex SD Balance Systems,
- Hologic DEXA
