Residential B.S. in Strength and Conditioning
Prepare for your future career with a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning from Liberty University. Focus on sport performance and athletic development as you prepare to enter the strength and conditioning field. Develop your understanding of human performance optimization through classroom lectures and hands-on opportunities designed to equip you for the workforce.
Study with professors who have years of industry experience, and who are grounded in their biblical worldview. Utilize state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, and accumulate more than 500 practicum hours as you gain the skills you need to make an impact in your future career. (Students must be CPR/AED certified prior to completing their internship.)

Licensure
As part of this degree, you will sit for the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) certified personal trainer (CPT) exam. In your senior year, you will have the opportunity to sit for the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam. This is an industry standard, required or preferred by many employment opportunities in the field.
The B.S. in Strength and Conditioning is offered through the Department of Allied Health Professions.
