Leanne Gifford
M.A.
Director
My Why: I believe college is a transformational season when faith, purpose, and identity take root. My calling is to walk alongside students through Thrive Coaching and CST programs, supporting their growth in faith, learning, and confidence as they discover who God is calling them to be.

M.MFT
Senior Associate Director
My Why: A Christian college education should be more than the accumulation of knowledge or the attainment of a degree. When students engage deeply, college can be an experience of profound formation as the heart’s affections are cultivated and aimed at something true, good, and beautiful. In other words, college should help students learn how to love and what to love, namely God, expressed through a life of faithful stewardship. I cherish the opportunity to help students make the most of this journey.

Alexa Parrish
M.Ed
Associate Director of Engagement
My Why: I care deeply about connecting with students and families and helping them discover the resources that can support their success. Through events, tabling, and Thrive Coaching, I love helping students realize that thriving is not only possible, but also within their reach. My time at Liberty University was transformational in my own individuation and personal relationship with God, and that experience fuels my desire to help students grow during their college journey.

Logan Inman
MTS
Associate Director of Thrive Coaching
My Why: For the students of Liberty University, this is a crucial time in their lives as they seek to define their identity in this world and discover their purpose while they are here. God has placed a deep desire on my heart to guide these students in their formative years and help them understand that they are sons and daughters of the one true God, with a unique and fulfilling purpose for their time on this earth—if they are willing to listen to the Lord’s leading. I am truly thankful that God has blessed me with the opportunity to be part of so many of these formative journeys. Each student who comes to my office is another reason to continue doing my best in this career.

Hannah Bird
B.A.
Administrative Assistant
My Why: My “why” is serving behind the scenes to help ensure students have access to the resources, care, and support they need to thrive. While my role is administrative, I believe faithfulness in the details helps create an environment where students can become life-long learners. “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men” (Colossians 3:23).
