Mentorship

Want to be mentored?

Eight semesters. This is the average amount of time that students spend at Liberty University. What happens during that time is instrumental in your development. These eight semesters are a transitional period of time where values, beliefs, and convictions are established that will narrate your future beyond Liberty. The Office of Community Life seeks to use those eight semesters to connect you with faculty and staff so you can receive support, guidance, and mentorship.

Students interested in mentorship have the opportunity to connect with a godly faculty or staff member who will meet with you between four and eight times, or more if you and your mentor agree. These meetings can be anywhere and at any time that is agreed upon by yourself and the faculty/staff member.

Interested? Email communitylife@liberty.edu or call our office at (434) 582-2320.

Want to be a Mentor?

Liberty University faculty and staff are eligible to serve as mentors. Community Life has a list of suggested book studies and Bible studies for the mentoring process. However, you are more than welcome to select your own book or Bible study to work through, or to simply do life with your student and pour into them through godly advice from personal experience.
