Event Policies

All guests must enter and exit through an official gate at Evans Boulevard, by the North Campus Parking Garage, or through the LaHaye rotunda.
After Party is open to Liberty students, faculty, and staff only.
Liberty students are permitted to bring up to four guests into After Party.
All guests must adhere to the Clear Bag Policy, so please bring as few belongings as possible. One personal water bottle per person is allowed.
All students must adhere to the Dress Code as laid out in the Liberty Way Student Honor Code.

Calling all artists! Do you want to showcase your artistic abilities to thousands of people for a chance to win a prize? Sign up now to create a masterpiece with chalk as your medium.

Registration closes Friday, April 24 @ 11:59 p.m.

Date: Saturday, April 25

Location: LaHaye Parking Lot

Artwork time: 1–4 p.m.

Event start time: 5 p.m.

All artists who sign up will be provided a basic chalk pack, but are welcome to bring additional chalk, brushes, sponges, and any other tools they might need.
One 6’x6′ space per artist will be assigned upon arrival for the artist to get to work on their creation.
Voting will take place during the event and close at 9 p.m.
The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be announced and contacted about their prize.
