Concerts

• Print at home is not an option. All tickets purchased will be sent to the email on file to be digitally added to a mobile wallet. You may NFC tap your digital ticket from your phone at the doors as well (tickets will no longer have a barcode, but certain users may still have a barcode on their ticket). All tickets will come through via email as a PDF. You will also receive a confirmation email that your purchase went through.
• The Ticket Office will be on site at all venues once doors open for the show.
• All ticket fees are included in the prices listed above, aside from a 7% City of Lynchburg entertainment tax.

You must use your LU credentials in order to receive the applied discounted tickets. Only 2 tickets per person are available at a discounted rate. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchases.

• All doors will open one hour prior to the show.
• All guests will be required to enter through metal detectors and must adhere to the Clear Bag Policy, so please bring as few belongings as possible.
• There will be no re-entry once you have gone through the metal detectors (please make sure your friends’ are not holding your ticket).
• No outside food or drink permitted beyond the lobby.
