Global Focus Week: Vendor Registration | September 21-26, 2025
Global Focus Week is an annual week-long event that seeks to engage the student body of Liberty University with global opportunities and cultural experiences. To do this, we bring dozens of organizations like yours from U.S. global cities and around the world, to our campus to offer students holistic opportunities where they can develop personally, spiritually, professionally, and impact the world for Christ. Throughout the week, we work with organizations like yours to create interactive and experiential content events around international issues that equip students to serve in areas of current global need. During Global Focus Week, as a representative of a global organization, you will have a chance to connect with students, faculty, and university departments. You can speak in classes and dorms, participate in events, set up networking meetings, and most importantly engage with our student body. Beyond these options are a variety of branding and promotional opportunities you can take advantage of that can better boost your organization’s goals, initiatives, and awareness during Global Focus Week. - Vendor Tabling access all week. This space is located in a moderate traffic area with multiple touchpoints throughout the week

- Vendor Tabling access all week. This space is located in a moderate-high traffic area with multiple touchpoints throughout the week.

- Vendor Tabling access all week. This space sits in a high-trafficked and engaged area that has multiple touchpoints throughout the week.

Platinum – $1389
- Vendor Tabling access all week. This sponsored location entails 2 booth vendor spaces in an optimal location with the capacity to accommodate a large interactive set-up in the highest-trafficked and engaged area with electricity. Most organizations find this to be a location that has multiple touchpoints throughout the week.

- 1 Facebook post on the OSD Facebook channel, promoting opportunities for your organization [pending content approval by OSD Creative]
Registration opens May 1, 2025
- 1 Minute Convocation Announcement – $2,500 – At each Global Focus Week Convocation, announcements are made from the video screen prior to the start of the program through New@LU. These announcements reach the 8,000+ students in the room as well as our online audience, which averages about 20,000+ impressions per broadcast. We are offering 60-second announcements for GFW vendors to purchase [pending content approval by OSD Creative].
- Convocation Live-Feed Lower Third – $3,000 – Each Convocation is broadcast on Facebook and YouTube Live to our online audience, which averages about 20,000+ impressions per broadcast. We are offering ad space at the bottom of our broadcast screen that will appear during all worship portions of Global Focus Week Convocations. We are making this space available for GFW vendors to communicate with students, alumni, and associates of Liberty University.
