Student Government (SGA) Students:

Students that are a part of an approved SGA club may reserve different venues and rooms on campus. The SGA club representative must fill out an SGA Event Request Form before approval of the room. Please read the SGA Event Guidelines before requesting a room.

Office of Residence Life (Hall Events):

Resident Assistants and Resident Directors are allowed to request spaces for their respective halls for Hall Events. Resident Assistants should use the ORL Event Request to request spaces for Hall Events only. Please read the ORL Hall Event Policy to request a space.

Cinematic Art Students:

Cinematic Arts students are allowed to request spaces to film for class with the approval of their current professor. Cinematic Arts students can use the University Event Request form to request spaces for class-related filming ONLY. Please read the Cinematic Arts Event Guidelines to request a space.

Study Rooms:

If you are a Liberty University Student looking for a study room, please see your options below:

Jerry Falwell Library: The Jerry Falwell Library has over thirty group study rooms of various sizes throughout its facility. These rooms provide spaces for students to work, study, and collaborate for academic purposes. Students can request a group study room in the Jerry Falwell Library during their hours of operation. To request a room, please click the box below, and follow the instructions.

JFL Group Study Rooms

School of Business: The School of Business has various study rooms in their building on each floor. To book a study room please read these instructions and click the box below and fill out the form. Note: LU Business majors have first priority when scheduling these rooms.
