Theater Policies

  1. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in and around all theater facilities.
  2. Food and beverages are not permitted inside the theater.
  3. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during performances.
  4. The theater opens for seating 30 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time.
  5. Late arrivals may be seated at an appropriate break in the performance at the discretion of the House Manager.
  6. The Student Center is open before weekday and Saturday performances and during intermission, offering snacks and beverages for purchase. Vending machines are also available outside the theater. A valid performance ticket is required for re-entry. Food and beverages purchased in these areas may not be brought into the theater.
  7. Both theaters are ADA accessible. Wheelchair seating is available, and the Tower Theater elevator provides access to balcony seating on the house left side only. Please contact the University Ticket Office with any questions regarding wheelchair-accessible seating.
  8. The final Sunday performance of each production is ASL-interpreted. Please contact the University Ticket Office with any questions regarding ASL seating.
  9. Ticket exchanges are available exclusively to season ticket holders and are subject to availability. Refunds are not offered. All other ticket purchases are final and may not be exchanged or refunded.
  10. Please silence all mobile devices before the performance. The use of phones or other electronic devices during the performance, including texting, is prohibited.
  11. Backstage access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  12. Please help keep our facilities clean by disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
  13. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons, please escort disruptive children to the nearest exit until they are ready to return.
