  • Develop strategic goals for the school and identify key performance indicators to monitor and drive continuous improvement in academic programs and faculty performance.
  • Oversee the hiring, integration, and development of faculty, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Integrate personnel and policies from different departments or schools into a cohesive unit, promoting a unified and collaborative academic environment.
