- Lead the creation and deployment of new online programs and courses to enhance the school’s academic offerings.
- Develop strategic goals for the school and identify key performance indicators to monitor and drive continuous improvement in academic programs and faculty performance.
- Oversee the hiring, integration, and development of faculty, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Integrate personnel and policies from different departments or schools into a cohesive unit, promoting a unified and collaborative academic environment.
