Recover Your Liberty Account

Liberty Accounts are deactivated after a certain period of inactivity to keep them secure.

Follow these steps to recover your Liberty Account:

  1. Select “Reclaim Your LU Account” below
  2. Choose “Click Here to Claim Your Account”
  3. Fill out the necessary information*
  4. Set a new password to recover your account

*If you do not know your LUID# please call (800) 543-5317 for Resident Admissions or (800) 424-9595 for Online Admissions for further assistance. Or, request your digital alumni ID card.
