The Washington Fellowship is a Christ-centered, semester long internship program hosted by Liberty University, which offers students of ALL MAJORS the unique opportunity to live and work in the bustling and energetic atmosphere of our nation’s Capital. The program prepares student applicants by equipping them with the necessary tools to obtain an internship in a professional environment. Students accepted into the program will experience historical downtown housing, professional development, and networking events. After a full semester in this environment, students will have experienced how Christ worked in their lives and emerge as enriched, confident, and engaging professionals. Read more...
“The support system from the staff of the Fellowship, as a whole, was remarkable. We as the students were always kept up to date on important events and information, and the staff were always easily reachable by email or phone when we had questions or problems. I greatly appreciated all the effort given to make this experience the best it could be. The resources were greatly appreciated as well and they helped in my professional growth a lot.”
“The Washington Fellowship was amazing. I wish I could do it every semester! It has been the highlight of my college career and I recommend that everyone take a semester to go to DC or somewhere besides Liberty to get professional experience outside of Lynchburg!”
“Such a well-organized program. Any student is lucky to be able to be a part of this. Such great people to share this semester with!”
“I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Washington Fellowship and found it to be a huge blessing. I cannot put a price on the opportunities I was provided.”
