Fondling

This alert is being sent in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Act, as this incident represents a Clery Act crime that occurred on Clery Act geography and poses a serious or continuing threat to the campus community.

It was recently reported that on 2-20-2024 a female student was touched inappropriately on the backside while in the Reber Thomas Dining Hall. The incident occurred at approximately 8:45 pm. The possible subject was described as a black male approximately 25 to 30 years old and approximately 5’9” – 5’10.” The male was last seen with facial hair wearing a hat when the incident occurred. This incident is currently under investigation by LUPD.
