The Standing for Freedom Center at Liberty University will host Part II of its “Get Louder” Faith Summit in Miami, Fla., on Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. EST.
The event will be livestreamed on the Center’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. (Limited seating is still available for the event; register here.)
Confirmed speakers for the summit, themed “Your Voice Matters Now More Than Ever,” include author Eric Metaxas, Turning Point USA President Charlie Kirk, Faith & Freedom Coalition founder Ralph Reed, CEO of the Babylon Bee Seth Dillon, Pastor Rob McCoy, former NFL player Jack Brewer, Pastor Greg Locke, constitutional attorney Jenna Ellis, President of America Vision Gary DeMar, and President of Founders Ministries Tom Ascol, as well as many more.
The Faith Summit is a rallying cry and a call to action for courageous pastors and Christian leaders who champion the Gospel of Jesus Christ and are unapologetic in their pursuit of a robust political and cultural engagement. The purpose is to feature leaders who are stepping up and stepping out in the public sphere for their faith and are wanting to help change the direction in this country when it comes to the cultural battlefield.
“We themed this summit ‘Your Voice Matters Now More Than Ever’ because it’s true — these are dark times and they’ll only get darker if the Church doesn’t get more active,” said Ryan Helfenbein, executive director of the Standing for Freedom Center. “There’s political hostility, cultural division, and perhaps, worst of all, the Church is being infiltrated by worldly Marxist views that sideline the Gospel and ultimately ignore the work of Christ. We hope you tune in to this event and get loud with us as we proclaim Christ as head of the Church and carry His banner into the public square.”
The first “Get Louder” Faith Summit was held at Liberty in September and featured Mike Huckabee and Metaxas, as well as a slate of pastors, political commentators, congressional candidates, professors, authors, and other Christian leaders.
The Standing for Freedom Center exists to provide truth in a culture of deceptive narratives that trample on Americans’ liberty, undermine our prosperity, and most importantly threaten our freedom to live out our faith without oppression. The Center unapologetically stands on biblical truth as a foundation to how Americans should engage the public sphere and pursue the very justice that has been mandated by the Creator.
