Jerry Vines, Rush of Fools’ Kevin Huguley to speak in Convocation

Liberty University Convocation will return next week, featuring an influential Baptist pastor and popular Christian artist.

Monday, March 26:

Dr. Jerry Vines is a noted preacher, best-selling author, and the former pastor of the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville. Vines will talk to students about the importance of applying God’s Word to their lives through lessons he learned during his 60 years of ministry.

Wednesday, March 28:

Kevin Huguley is a guitarist and vocalist for contemporary Christian band Rush of Fools, known for their hit song, “Undo.” While in Convocation, Huguley will share with students how God is faithful and encourage them to trust Him in the midst of hardships.

Friday, March 30:

The Liberty Worship Collective will lead the student body during an all-worship Convocation in remembrance of Good Friday.

A 10-day Convocation schedule is announced each Monday.
