Employees of the Month
Top Employees of October 2025

Crystal Childress has been with OSD for four years, serving all four with the LU Stages team. When I think about what makes Crystal so valuable, the word that comes to mind is dependable and excellent. She cares deeply about the standard of excellence that defines events like Convocation at Liberty, and she is relentless in her pursuit of that excellence. She’s the kind of employee who doesn’t require someone to hold her hand. She is able to identify problems, come up with solutions, and take the initiative to solve them. Beyond just being a great employee, however, Crystal is simply a joy to have on the team. Her relentless positivity is infectious. I’m grateful she’s a part of OSD and grateful to be able to call her a friend.
- Josh Rutledge, Vice President of Spiritual Development

Her dependability and thoughtful approach make her a trusted teammate and colleague, as well as a support for the clients she serves. During her time with Marketing, Emma has grown in confidence, sharpened her communication skills, and built great connections with both teammates and clients.
