Foundation of Liberty’s Compliance Program

The U.S. Department of Justice’s Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program provides a framework for promoting ethical conduct, preventing misconduct, and ensuring organizations comply with applicable laws and regulations. These elements are the foundation of Liberty University’s compliance program because they support a culture of compliance and accountability across the university.
