Peppermint Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup peppermint candy, crushed
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1: Grab two microwave-safe mugs, and in a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, granulated sugar and salt.
Step 2: Once the dry ingredients have been mixed up, whisk in the milk and vegetable oil. Gradually add the crushed peppermint candy to the mixture.
Step 3: Divide the chocolate mix among two mugs and evenly top each mug with 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips.
Step 4: In the microwave, bake the cake batter on high for one minute. Once the mug cakes have baked, allow 30 seconds to cool.
Step 5: Serve warm and enjoy!
Gingerbread Mug Cake

2 teaspoons molasses

pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1: Place butter into a microwave-safe mug and microwave for 30 seconds until melted.
Step 2: Using a spoon, mix together the molasses, milk and sugar with the melted butter.
Step 3: Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg and salt to the wet ingredients and mix together..
Step 4: In the microwave, bake the cake batter for one minute and 15 seconds.
