Champion Staff Goodbyes

What started as a last-minute CSER opportunity quickly became one of the most fulfilling decisions I made in my time at Liberty University. I’ve picked up so many valuable skills at the Liberty Champion, everything from the technical know-how of the editing process to the practical experience of collaborating in a newsroom with a group of fellow language-lovers. For me, stepping into the door of the Champion office was like stepping into my professional career for the first time; I’ll always be grateful that the Lord’s hand guided me here!

I’ve got to thank each member of the Champion staff — from every corner of the office over the couple years I’ve been here — for making this job just as enriching as it was developmental. Thanks for spreading joy in the office, putting up with my mistakes and cracking jokes during the delirious late nights. I’m sad to leave, but I know the Holy Spirit will continue to bless all that you go on to accomplish!
