Liberty University’s Ambassadors Breakfast Connects Business Executives and Political Leaders from Around the World

WASHINGTON, DC — On September 4th, Liberty University hosted its annual Ambassadors Breakfast at The Heritage Foundation, bringing together representatives from 40 countries, senior political leadership, and more than 120 policy and business leaders.

Emceed by Dr. Dave Brat, Senior Vice President of Business Relations and former Congressman, Liberty welcomed Senator Mike Lee of Utah to open with a keynote on good governance and security. Dr. Brat was joined by Secretary Brooke Rollins of the U.S. Department of Agriculture to discuss American agriculture’s importance to global engagement and food security.

The morning featured a special guest appearance by Steve Bannon to underscore the historic opportunity to restoring America’s leadership in the world. A panel discussion moderated by The Heritage Foundation’s Ned Rauch-Mannino on the future of global commerce featured high-level leadership from Cheniere Energy, Glencore, Intel, Lowe’s, and Salesforce to bring key insights to a standing room-only audience of diplomats, officials, and executives.

Liberty University is an accredited evangelical liberal arts institution with an enrollment of more than 140,000 and 15 colleges and schools, including a law school, medical school, and school of divinity. With more than 700 programs of study from the certificate to the doctoral level, Liberty equips students with both classroom theory and practical experience, effectively preparing them to enter a competitive job market.
