Dr. Brittany Krysinski, a 2021 graduate with a Master of Arts in Composition, is making a significant impact as Chief Communications Officer for Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. Over the past year, she has led major transformation initiatives across more than 18 states, including a digital overhaul that doubled website traffic in a single week and strengthened internal communication systems that helped ACH earn its 10th consecutive Great Place to Work certification. Her leadership also contributed to the organization receiving the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics and supporting its training partner’s recognition as the 2024 Best Correctional Training Company.

Beyond her executive accomplishments, Dr. Krysinski is committed to mentorship, community service, and academic excellence. She recently completed her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, was published by the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare, and used her editorial skills to help her church publish a book of sermons.

Her journey at Liberty was shaped by perseverance, balancing full-time work and raising two young children while pursuing her degree online. She credits Liberty’s supportive faculty and flexible, rigorous programs with helping her grow in confidence, resilience, and faith. “I was showing my children the value of faith, perseverance, and education,” she reflects.

Today, Dr. Krysinski continues to live out her calling through faith-driven leadership. She remains active in her local church, using her communication gifts to support ministry work, deepen community, and serve others.

Her Words to Students:
“The greatest advice I would give current students and soon-to-be graduates is this: trust the process, and don’t underestimate the impact of small, consistent steps. Life after graduation rarely unfolds in a straight line, and success is less about having everything figured out and more about showing up with integrity, humility, and perseverance. One verse that has guided me is ‘Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans’ (Proverbs 16:3). When you focus on faithfulness over perfection, God has a way of aligning your path with His purpose.”
