LAC is provided and powered by Graduway which is owned and operated by Headhunter Systems Limited (the “Provider”). I agree to the Provider’s Terms of Use and Privacy policy and understand that I will be receiving emails and notifications until I choose otherwise.

I also agree to the Liberty University Privacy Policy and the LAC Guidelines.

Champion Connect

Champion Connect is provided and powered by Graduway which is owned and operated by Headhunter Systems Limited (the “Provider”). In addition to the Provider’s Terms of Use, you also agree by signing up for and using Champion Connect to engage with other users in a manner consistent with Liberty University’s (“Liberty”) community standards, as reflected in the Liberty University Doctrinal Position, Mission Statement, the Liberty University Sexual Misconduct Policy, the Nondiscrimination & Equal Opportunity Policy, and other published policies concerning the moral and ethical standards of Liberty (collectively, the “Community Standards”).

Liberty has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor conduct and communications occurring on Champion Connect.  Liberty also has the right, but not the obligation, to immediately remove and ban anyone from the platform as well as individual posts that violate the Community Standards, the Provider’s Terms of Use or other applicable Liberty policies.

Liberty assumes no liability and is not responsible for, and by signing up for and using Champion Connect you hereby waive and release Liberty, its trustees, directors, officers, employees, and agents and affiliates from any actions, claims, damages, losses or injuries of any kind arising in connection with your use of Champion Connect.

YOU FULLY ACCEPT THE RISKS INHERENT IN USING Champion Connect, AND YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE TO SEEK DAMAGES AGAINST LIBERTY EVEN IF YOU SUFFER LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM USING THE PROVIDER’S PLATFORM AND SERVICE.

You also agree to defend and indemnify Liberty, its trustees, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and subsidiaries (each an “Indemnified Party”) against, reimburse each Indemnified Party for and hold each Indemnified Party harmless from all losses, claims, damages, liabilities and costs (including attorneys’ fees) incurred by an Indemnified Party as a result of or arising from any use of your Champion Connect account; your breach of these Champion Connect Guidelines, Liberty’s Community Standards, or the Provider’s Terms of Use or policies; or your submission or transmission of any data, information, messages, communications or software to Champion Connect or through Champion Connect to third parties.

Liberty reserves the right to amend these Champion Connect Guidelines and the policies and guidelines referenced herein at any time.
