- Additional experiential learning includes medical mission trips abroad.
- Our campus provides you with over 20 teaching and research laboratories.
- Get more hands-on experiences with labs on topics from cell biology and forensic science to environmental biology and zoology.
- From spectrometers to DNA sequencers, you’ll be using state-of-the-art equipment used in the industry today.
- Whether you are interested in conservation research and environmental impact or disease and cancer prevention, you can get involved in research projects with faculty as a graduate student.
Admission Requirements for the M.S. in Biomedical Sciences Degree
Every application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and all applicants must submit the following documents and meet the minimum requirements for admission:
- Admission application
- Self-certification form (for students who are in the final term of their bachelor’s degree)
- Current Liberty undergraduate students seeking preliminary acceptance into a graduate program must complete a degree completion application through their myLU account
- Official transcripts showing a regionally or nationally accredited bachelor’s degree with at least a:
- 3.0 GPA or
- 2.75 GPA and 1 of the following test scores
- MCAT Composite Score of 490
- DAT 14.5 Average
- GRE Quantitative 145
