- Each professor teaching your public health courses has a degree in public health as well as local, national, or global experience in the field.
- You’ll be prepared to take the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification exam after completing the program.
- A required internship, as well as opportunities to participate in research projects with professors, give you plenty of hands-on experience in your field prior to graduation.

Admission Requirements for Undergraduate Degrees
Every application is reviewed by the admission committee on a case-by-case basis, meaning there are no set minimums for acceptance. However, all applicants must submit the following documents* for admission:
- Admission application
- Official high school transcripts
- Official college transcripts (if applicable)
- Results from the CLT, SAT, or ACT are not required for admission, but may be used in consideration for merit-based aid.
- Admission essay
