Learn How to Manage, Interpret, and Secure Data with a Database Information Systems Bachelor’s Degree
Corporations, businesses, and government organizations have to manage unbelievable amounts of data to analyze their operations and make informed decisions. These vast amounts of data are sometimes assessed through programs called business intelligence. Even agencies like the Coast Guard regularly use business intelligence to ensure readiness if issues arise.
Databases are constantly being upgraded, backed up, and repaired. By earning Liberty University’s Bachelor of Science in Information System – Database, you can be prepared to break into this lucrative and important field. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average salary for a database administrator in 2018 was around $90,000.*
