Event Sanitary Procedures

We’re all in this together! In an effort to bring you the best and safest events possible, we will be adjusting our sanitary procedures and adhering to any crowd limitations issued by the State of Virginia for all events. We will consistently monitor specific guidelines and recommendations from the university, our government, and the CDC to make all necessary adjustments. In an effort to communicate the most accurate information and make the safest decision possible, all changes and guidelines for events will be posted on both our social media and the specific event page the week of the event.

Current crowd limits for events:

  • Indoor: 30% venue capacity or 500 max guests (lowest occupancy load)
  • Outdoor: 30% venue capacity (lowest occupancy load)

Current regulations: Masks required, maintain 6′ distance between groups

Updates: Liberty University | State of Virginia
