Cyber Spark

Make, Break, and Secure Technology

Think you can hack your way to a $10,000 scholarship?

Come to Liberty University Sept. 20-23 and find out.

Cyber Spark is our first ever hackathon – an epic digital capture the flag competition that will test your computer knowledge and technical skills as you race others through cyber space and across campus for a chance to win $10,000.

Liberty’s Center for Cyber Excellence is looking for students who have the skills and the courage to become digital defenders, using their hacking gifts to glorify God. Headed up by Dr. Allen Harper, author of Grey Hat Hacking, Cyber Spark will challenge you and show you what an exciting future career in ethical hacking might look like.

Use your technical skills to glorify God.

Cyber Spark will take place during College For A Weekend (CFAW), an unforgettable opportunity for you to experience authentic Christian college life at Liberty’s campus in Central Virginia. You’ll attend classes that interest you, stay in a residence hall, and check out Convocation, a platform where some of the nation’s greatest thought leaders, culture leaders, and industry leaders come to speak throughout the year.

Cyber Spark competitors must attend CFAW in order to participate.
