LUOA empowers churches and families to offer Christian schooling without sacrificing flexibility or support. Students receive instruction from certified teachers, access to accredited coursework, and the option to earn college credit through dual enrollment.

    LUOA makes starting or supporting a Christian school easier. Through our LUOA programs, your church can offer K-12 courses without the burden of developing curriculum or hiring a full teaching staff.

    We provide your school with:

    • Certified teachers, curriculum, and academic support
    • Student records, testing, and transcripts
    • The flexibility for your school to use your own model

    We ask that you provide:

    • A facility with high-speed internet
    • A minimum of 10 students
    • A point of contact who submits applications for students and registers them for classes
    • A facilitator who supervises students

    LUOA courses include:

    LUOA is accredited by ACSI and Cognia (SACS CASI division), recognized by the Virginia Council for Private Education, and offers NCAA-approved courses for Division I athletes—ensuring academic integrity and trusted credibility.

    Affordable Tuition. Real Support.

    LUOA offers competitive pricing across grade levels, with options to enroll by course or full academic year. Students may qualify for scholarships or tuition discounts, including those for families in ministry, military, or emergency services. Full-time LUOA graduates are also eligible for up to a 50% tuition scholarship toward residential Liberty University programs.

    • 50% Residential Scholarship: Full-time LUOA graduates may qualify for up to a 50% tuition scholarship to Liberty University’s residential programs or 15% for online programs. It’s our way of investing in the future you’ve helped shape.

    • Dual Enrollment Advantage: High school juniors and seniors can earn college credit while completing high school—up to 64 credits toward an associate degree. No testing center required, and credit is awarded based on course grade.

    Tuition Estimate Based on Grade Level

    • Kindergarten: 4 courses (~$1,976/year)
    • 1st-8th Grade: 5 courses (~$2,470/year)
    • 9th-12th Grade: 26 course credits to graduate high school (~$3,211.65/year)

    Have students starting midyear? Pending a records review, LUOA allows students to enroll in most courses at each semester mark. Here’s the breakdown of prorated rates with the 10% off LUOA Affiliate Discount applied.

    • Semester Course* (22 weeks) $247.06
    • Full-Year Course* (41 weeks) $494.10

    Hear about the exclusive scholarship opportunities available to LUOA graduates.

    *The LUOA school year consists of 41 weeks (180 days) of instructional work for academic credit to be granted for full-year courses and 22 weeks (90 days) for semester courses.


    LUOA Affiliate Discount Program

    When your church becomes an LUOA affiliate school, it will gain access to a tiered tuition discount program designed to grow with your student enrollment. Each tier is based on the following student enrollment counts:

    10% Tuition Discount

    • Applies to students 01-49
    • Churches must enroll at least 10 active students to qualify for this discount
    • Once eligible, the discount applies to all students within this tier

    15% Tuition Discount

    • Applies to students 50-99

    20% Tuition Discount

    • Applies to students 100+

    Eligibility Requirements and Terms

    • This discount program is available to churches with a minimum of 10 active students.
    • No discounts will be applied to fees or dual enrollment courses.
