Family Nurse Practitioner – New Hampshire

Liberty University and the School of Nursing meet all requirements for enrollment of New Hampshire students in this program. All students are required to have a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse License prior to enrollment.

New Hampshire State License Requirements:

a. RN License.

i. You must maintain a current, unencumbered RN license for any Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner program.
ii. New Hampshire is a member of the Nurse Licensure Compact Administration, therefore, to participate in practicum in the state of New Hampshire, the student must hold an active multi-state license, or RN license.
iii. Any change in licensure status must be reported to the Liberty University School of Nursing Online Student Support Coordinator

b. APRN License Application Requirements

i. Education
The New Hampshire Board of Nursing requires official transcripts reflecting completion of a graduate-level program, in the clinical area of specialty, within 2 years of the application date. Transcripts must be submitted to the Board in a sealed envelope, or through email, from the educational program. To request an official transcript, you may reach out to the Registrar’s office.

ii. Certification:
This program meets requirements for eligibility to sit for national certification examinations.
