Pastor, teacher, dean, and author of over 20 books, Harold Willmington is more than the legacy of the books, articles, and teaching materials that bear his name.
In 1976, he began the Liberty Home Bible Institute, now known as the Willmington School of the Bible, a home correspondence course that not only brought solid teaching on the Word of God to over 102,000 students, but also positioned Liberty to be a pioneer in distance education. Today, hundreds of thousands of students still benefit from the seeds sown by those first home Bible classes, earning undergraduate and graduate degrees through Liberty’s online programs.
Dr. Willmington’s legacy is one that combines a passion for the Bible with a commitment to education. Dedicated to passing this love of Scripture on to future generations, he is now making his personal collection of articles available to the public. The S.W.O.R.D. project (Scripture Wisdom Organized and Rightly Divided) is a comprehensive Bible program consisting of 16 major programs of study.
This book records the origin and early days of the Church, emphasizing the ministries of Peter, Stephen, Philip, and Paul.

God knows just how much we can bear, and by His power will not allow the world, the flesh, or the devil himself to go one inch beyond that limit.
It will never be known just how many millions of travelers have used U.S. Route 66 to reach their destination.
