Steps for registration:

Please follow the instructions below carefully, as missing any steps may render your registration incomplete.

If you are NOT a residential student OR do not require transportation, please skip Steps 1 & 2, and fill out the Official RSVP (Step 3) only.

We are no longer accepting any new registrations for students–thank you for your interest in attending the AI, Energy, & Emerging Technologies Summit.

For Students

  1. LU Send trip form – Submit LU Send domestic trip form and select “AI Summit”
    • Students will electronically sign the Assumption of Risk documents as part of this process. Once the application has been signed and submitted, students will be able to access their excused absence letter in their VIA TRM portal under “My Programs.”
    • When completing the application, students should select their trip – 🌧 Spring 2026 | Washington, DC | United States of America, – N/A – Gian Castillo | 04/27 – 04/27 from the “Liberty University – sponsored program” drop-down menu.
  2. Bus sign-up (optional) – Complete the bus sign-up form if transportation is needed
  3. Official RSVP – Complete the official event RSVP

For Staff

  1. Bus sign-up (optional) – Complete the bus sign-up form if transportation is needed
  2. Official RSVP – Complete the official event RSVP
