Health Promotion is an exciting degree for students interested in allied health, wellness, and disease prevention.

The Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) concentration prepares students in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of health programs. Career opportunities include state/local health departments, corporate employee wellness programs, community health education, and medical instrument sales.

The clinical concentration prepares students for health-related graduate schools, emphasizing disease prevention. Possible career opportunities include medicine, dentistry, and occupational or physical therapy.
