STEP-BY-STEP ON HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR THEATRE SEASON TICKET VOUCHERS.
Step 1: Log in to your account at LibertyFlames.com/MyAccount on your computer.
Step 2: Under the “My Tickets” section, click on “Exchange.”
Step 3: Select the show you would like to exchange. Note: Each individual ticket can only be exchanged once, so do not exchange a show until you are sure.
Step 4: Select the ticket you would like to exchange and click next. If you only have one ticket, it will look like the image below. Note: If you have more than one ticket, they do not have to be exchanged at the same time.
Step 5: Select the date you would like to exchange your ticket(s) for.
Step 6: Click into the seat map in order to select a specific seat yourself.
Step 7: Click on the seat you would like. Available seats are denoted by green circles.
Step 8: When the seat is selected, a pop-up will show what section, row, and seat you have selected. If you would like to claim this seat, click the “Select” button next to the correct price type.
Step 9: The seat you have selected will now show on the map with a blue check mark. To finalize your selection, click “Add to Cart.”
Step 10: Make sure to select “Mobile Delivery” as your delivery method so you can download your tickets to your mobile device.
Step 11: Click the “Next” button to continue to the confirmation screen.
Step 12: To confirm your selection, click the “Yes, Submit Exchange” button.
