It is our goal to encourage students to develop personal, biblical values regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages and to provide knowledge regarding the dangers of alcohol consumption.
The Office of Community Life provides numerous educational resources related to alcohol. These resources include:

Substance Abuse Awareness is a component of Liberty’s Christian Life Education program that addresses the standards of the university, the top substances currently being used by college students, the harms of substance abuse, and the campus and community resources offered for those struggling with substance abuse.

Students are encouraged to self-report when they have knowingly committed a violation of the Student Code of Honor. When this is done, the University will provide discreet counsel and support to the student. This policy is intended for students seeking to acknowledge wrongdoing and make immediate corrections.
