John Harrichand is a Canadian International student and holds a Honors Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Integrative Biology, a Master of Arts in Counseling, and is currently completing his doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at Liberty University. He currently holds counselor leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels. His teaching and research interests include professional advocacy, counselor leadership development, emotional intelligence, resilience/post-traumatic growth, and addictions. His clinical experience involves working with community and college student populations, individually and in groups.
